At the top of Cahora Bassa dam, in northern Mozambique, at the confluence of the Luangwa river and the mighty Zambezi river lies an area of extreme wild beauty. This area, of 741 000 acres, is like hunting “the old fashioned” way.
The dangerous game hunting in these parts is world renowned for its size of trophies and abundance of game around.
The camp is situated right on the Zambezi river and has all the comforts and amenities needed for an enjoyable and exciting safari in one of the wildest parts of Africa.
The camp has chalets with en-suit bathrooms with hot and cold running water, just right to clean up after getting your trophy earlier that day. There is a dining, lounge area to relax with a blazing fire to watch while dreaming of the events just experienced.
Being on the Zambezi and Luangwa rivers, time can also be passed catching the challenging tiger fish or other fish that occur in the region. Later on one can watch the sunset over the Luangwa Valley from the sundowner barge. A perfect time and experience will be had by all.
